Can you help with packaging, shipping and repeat orders?
Yes. We can support packaging details, suitable freight options, delivery coordination and ongoing repeat ordering where required.
Do I need a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and the factory. Some products can start from a few hundred units, while others need larger runs. We look for suppliers whose minimums match your stage, including smaller first orders where possible.
How long does a typical project take?
Samples usually take one to two weeks. Production time depends on your quantity and the processes involved, then shipping is added on top. We give you a realistic timeline once we know your product.
Can you work from a photo, sketch or existing product?
Yes. A reference photo, sketch or sample is often the best place to start. We help turn it into a clear specification a factory can quote on and produce.
Do you visit or check the factories you work with?
Our team in China checks suppliers before recommending them and can arrange factory visits. We can also help arrange visits for clients travelling to China.
How do you handle quality problems?
We agree the specification and approved sample with the factory before production, follow production closely and check goods before dispatch. If issues are found, we work with the factory to put them right before the goods leave China.
Can you help with branding and custom packaging?
Yes. We can arrange logos, labels, swing tags, printed boxes, pouches and inserts so your products arrive ready to sell.
Will my designs be kept confidential?
Yes. We treat every brief as confidential and can put a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in place with you and with the manufacturers we approach.
