- Send us what you buy. Up to 5 products, with your current price, typical order quantity and lead time if you’re happy to share them.
- We check the market. Our team in China looks at comparable manufacturers, materials, minimum orders and lead times for the same specification.
- You get a written review. Usually within 5 working days, with our honest view on each product.
- You decide. There’s no obligation. If it makes sense to switch, we can quote and manage the whole order for you.

Is the supplier review really free?
Yes. There’s no charge and no obligation. We offer it because it’s the quickest way to see whether we can genuinely help your business.
What kind of products can you review?
Products made to a specification or carrying your branding, such as merchandise, workwear and uniforms, packaging, textiles, promotional items and commercial products. We can’t source branded goods made by other companies.
Will you contact my current supplier?
No. We only use the information you send us, and we keep your prices and supplier details confidential.
What if my current supplier is already the best option?
Then we’ll tell you. A UK supplier is often the better choice for very small or urgent orders, and we’d rather give you an honest answer than a sales pitch.
How long does the review take?
Usually within 5 working days for up to 5 products. If a product is complex or we need more information, we’ll let you know straight away.
How would pricing work if I switch?
We give you one all-in price per product, delivered to your door. It includes the product, our service, shipping, duty and import VAT, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
