How a workwear project works
- Share your brief. Garment type, fabric, colours, sizes and quantities, logo files and delivery date. A reference garment or photos help a lot.
- Fabric options and quotes. We compare suitable manufacturers and fabrics and aim to reply with an initial quote within 2 working days.
- Fit and logo samples. Samples usually take one to two weeks. We check sizing against your UK size chart, colour, logo position and finish before you approve.
- Production and quality checks. We follow production and check measurements, stitching, colour and packing per size before dispatch.
- Delivery and repeat orders. We ship to the UK and keep your approved specification on record, so repeat batches stay consistent.
Fabric, sizing and consistency
We agree the details that matter before production: fabric composition and weight (GSM), colour standards, shrinkage and colour fastness, UK size charts, and fibre composition and care labelling, so the garments you receive match the sample you approved.
Hi-vis and compliance
Our team in China checks suppliers before recommending them. We agree the specification and approved sample with the factory, follow production, and check goods before dispatch, sharing photos and updates so you are never left guessing.
Hi-vis clothing is personal protective equipment, so certification matters. We review the supplier’s certificates and test reports, such as EN ISO 20471 for high-visibility clothing and UKCA or CE documentation, and flag any gaps before you place an order, so you can make an informed decision.
Delivery to the UK
We coordinate shipping to your UK address and choose the route around your deadline and budget: express courier (around 3–5 days, with duty and VAT paid separately), air freight delivered to your door with duty and VAT included (around 7–12 days), or sea freight for larger, heavier orders (around 1–2 months). Times are typical, not guaranteed, and we confirm a realistic timeline when we quote.
Workwear and uniforms: common questions
What quantities do you work with for workwear?
It depends on the garment, fabric and decoration. Some items can start from a few hundred pieces across a size run, while custom fabrics or colours need larger runs. We look for suppliers whose minimums suit your order and explain options for smaller first runs where possible.
Can you match an existing uniform or garment?
Yes. Send us the garment or clear photos and measurements, and we will help turn it into a specification a factory can quote on and produce.
Can you supply blank garments or patches for us to decorate?
Yes. We can source blank garments, embroidered or woven patches, HF 3D transfers and labels for you to apply in-house in the UK.
Do you check hi-vis certification?
We review the certificates and test reports the supplier provides, such as EN ISO 20471 and UKCA or CE documents, and flag any gaps before you order.
How long does a workwear order take?
Samples usually take one to two weeks. Production depends on quantity and decoration, then shipping is added on top. We give you a realistic timeline once we know your specification and delivery date.
Can you help with repeat orders?
Yes. We keep your approved specification and samples on record so repeat batches stay consistent in colour, sizing and branding.
